Infants through 4 years old are welcomed in the staffed nursery on the second floor of the pre-school building, children 4 years to 5th grade are welcomed in third floor youth classroom. Class begins with free play and an age appropriate activity. This is also an opportunity for interaction, sharing stories and making new friends especially with new families.
Following arrival, the children sing traditional Christian songs and learn new ones.
After worship, the lesson portion of Sunday School begins. Our curriculum allows the children to explore the Bible in a new way and to seek to know God and themselves as part of His story of love and light.
The children are always excited to participate in the adult services, which we take part in on celebration Sundays like Christmas and Easter, also attending the baptism of a baby whose sibling is one of our Sunday school children.
The goal of the infant-toddler ministry is to provide a loving, nurturing, secure environment for our infants and toddlers, giving them the opportunity to express themselves in a Christian atmosphere.
